Krystina Nease, Executive Administrative Assistant for Acquisitions & Development
As the Executive Administrative Assistant for Acquisitions and Development, Krystina Nease manages geotechnical, environmental, traffic, civil and survey consultants. Responsibilities include: municipal research, site assessment investigations, jurisdictional wetland approvals, site planning, preparation of due diligence reports and tracking projects from inception to construction. Among these duties, Krystina also provides a wide range of support services for other top-level executives.
Krystina joined TD Development Group in 2017 to provide administrative support in Acquisitions and to coordinate strategy development and implementation. Previously she worked for Simply Self Storage as a District Training Manager in the southeast. In total, Krystina brings 6-plus years of management background in both self-storage and the retail service industry, and has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia.
Lauren Dorrity, Senior Project Coordinator for Acquisitions & Development
As Senior Project Coordinator for TD Development, Lauren’s duties include managing divisional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to stakeholder expectations.
Lauren brings over 8 years of diverse experience in the commercial and residential real estate sectors. She has a demonstrated history of facilitating business development growth objectives for both publicly and privately held corporations/companies through real estate portfolio management. Her experience to execute on a deliverable from beginning to end, and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, provides a solid foundation for supporting any long term national business development strategy.
Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Greenville University, a Master of Arts from Liberty University, attended Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of South Carolina.
Payal Patel, Creative Director
As Creative Director at TD Development, Payal Patel oversees the design process, implements our brand vision and ensures that our glamp experience sets the standard in hospitality.
Payal is focused on design research, systems thinking, experience design, marketing and brand strategy. She has seven years of experience working for companies — both startup and corporate —where she has led go-to-market strategies, developed innovative business models and designed meaningful experiences. With an M.B.A. in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a B.S. in Sustainable and Service Design from Parsons, the New School for Design, Payal deeply understands the need to create sustainable solutions at the intersection of technology and design.
Lee Lipschutz, Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations for TD Development’s Hotel Division, Lee’s duties include expense control, identifying areas in which a business can improve operations, monitoring revenue margins, overseeing employee productivity, and researching and implementing new directives for business growth and prosperity. He makes sure our hotels are running smoothly, with efficient services that meet the expectations and needs of our customers and clients.
Lee has served in various hospitality roles though-out his career, working in Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Front Desk, and Accounting. Overall, Lee brings nearly 6 years of hospitality experience to TD.
Lee has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
